P.S. (Personal Staffing) terms and conditions for temporary and permanent candidates.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:Client:
Being the person, firm or corporate body together with any subsidiary or associated Company as defined by the Companies Act 1985 (English Law) to which the Candidate is introduced and is the registered Owner of the Business/PropertyConsultancy:
Being P.S. (Personal Staffing) registered under company number 14359170.Business/ Property:
Being the Company/ Principal to which the Consultancy provides a Candidate for interviews and subsequent employment.Candidate:
Being the person/candidate introduced by the Consultancy to the Client for interview and subsequent employment.General
If you agree to these terms we may disclose your personal information to third parties. P.S. may assign its rights to third parties to whom we may in the future sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets and duties under these terms to any party at any time. You may not transfer or assign any of your rights and duties under these terms without the prior written consent of P.S.Information about our users and the Service is one of our most important business assets. With your consent and agreement to these terms and privacy notice we may transfer our customer database, including personal information, to a third party who acquires all or substantially all of the assets or stock in our company or our Service whether by merger, acquisition, reorganisation or otherwise.
To reiterate our Privacy Notice on whom we may also share your details with;
- Third party IT companies with whom we are contracted to and have appropriate data processing agreements
- Third party services providers who perform work on our behalf (e.g. auditors, lawyers, IT providers etc.)
- Marketing technology providers
- Third parties to whom we may in the future sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets
Should you have any complaint or grievance whilst employed following placement by P.S., or are required to respond to any alleged complaint or grievance levelled against you which you choose to contest, you are guided to follow the complaints and grievances procedure outlined by your employer. Should you have a complaint or grievance concerning the conduct of P.S. during the employment process, it should be brought to our attention promptly and in writing.
It will be documented and as far as possible all efforts will be made to resolve the issue/s.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions you cannot move forward.
How to delete or amend your account
You can delete your account at any time. If you wish to delete your account, please email us at PA@personal-staffing.com. You can also edit your profile or delete files at any time by logging in. Please note that any third party who has had access to your profile, data or CV may have kept a copy.Updates to these Terms and Conditions
