Family Office PA - PS229
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) who will support the Principal within a Family Office environment. You will collaborate closely with the family’s Private PA to ensure seamless administration and coordination of daily operations. This role demands discretion, initiative, and strong organizational skills as you will be handling a range of personal, financial, and professional tasks for the Principal. The PA will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently organise and maintain the family’s schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel plans. Coordinate with the Private PA to ensure alignment with the family’s priorities.
Book complex travel itineraries, including private jet arrangements, hotels, and transportation, ensuring all logistics run smoothly and efficiently.
Communication Management: Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Prioritise and respond to inquiries on behalf of the family as directed.
Assist with the organisation of personal events, gatherings, family celebrations, and special occasions. Handle invitations, RSVPs, venue logistics, and coordination of services.
Maintain and organise personal and confidential documents, including family contracts, financial records, and legal paperwork. Ensure easy access while maintaining the utmost discretion.
Family Liaison: Act as a liaison between the family and external stakeholders, including business contacts, household staff, and service providers.
Oversee logistical support for family estates and residences, ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep. Work with property managers and household staff to address any needs or issues.
Support the family’s philanthropic endeavours by assisting with charitable donations, event planning, and liaising with charities and non-profits.
Assist with a variety of personal tasks, including gift purchases, personal shopping, and ensuring the family’s personal needs are met.
Assist in arranging medical appointments, wellness treatments, and other personal care needs for family members.
Coordinate and support any childcare or educational arrangements for the family’s children, including scheduling tutors, extracurricular activities, and vacations.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity in all tasks and communications.
Safeguard the privacy of family matters, both personal and professional.
The PA will be based in Doha, Qatar, and will be working alongside the family’s Private PA. The role requires flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, especially when supporting travel or events.
The family office operates in a formal yet supportive environment, with high expectations for professionalism, but also emphasizes a family-oriented, collaborative atmosphere.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar personal assistant role, ideally within a family office or high-net-worth individual (HNWI) environment.
Experience in handling complex travel arrangements, managing busy schedules, and maintaining confidential information is essential.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise effectively.
Discretion and Integrity must be demonstrated to\ the highest level of professionalism and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
Strong communication with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to liaise with senior professionals and external parties clearly and effectively.
Being proactive and initiative must be used to anticipate needs and take ownership of projects without constant supervision.

Personal Staffing is seeking an exceptionally organised, resourceful, and proactive Private Personal Assistant (PA) to support a busy household in Qatar. This is a dynamic and varied role with some travel involved. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and coordinate a wide range of administrative, logistical, and personal tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the household. Close protection experience will be highly regarded as part of this role may require providing additional safety support to the principal during travel or at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance: Provide comprehensive and high-level personal support to the principal, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing day-to-day tasks.
Travel Coordination: Work with an internal team to plan, organise, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the principal and family members, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Household Management: Oversee household operations including liaising with staff (housekeepers, chefs, security, etc.), managing household supplies, and ensuring the maintenance of household facilities.

This will be a live-in role and they will take care of all relocation costs. The family have two children, G/4 ½ and B/6. The ideal candidate will provide educational support, engage in age-appropriate activities, and ensure the children’s well-being and development in a safe, nurturing environment. This role requires a responsible and proactive individual who is passionate about child development and can manage daily routines, playtime, and learning experiences while also acting as a role model and mentor.
The family have a team of Nannies, so we are looking for someone who will feel confident going in with a fresh pair of eyes and looking to bring new ideas and potentially adjust the current structure. Both children are delightful and energetic but need structure and emotional support, so someone with a good background and understanding of the development of children is essential. To succeed in this role, you must have experience in a similar environment working in a private household as well as similar-aged children. The house runs with a full team of staff, and there is great support from one another. The children are at full-time school during the day. There may be an opportunity to travel within the role.

We are seeking an experienced ex-yacht Stewardess to join a wonderful family in London as a Housekeeper. You will be part of a dedicated housekeeping team of seven, all with ex-yachting backgrounds. This role involves working across multiple properties in London, all within close proximity to one another. Therefore, a valid driving licence and a fit, active approach are essential. We are looking for someone who is flexible and accustomed to working long hours, as this role may also involve service from time to time. After School Nanny - PS224
Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing after currently seeking a part-time after-school Nanny in Worcester Park to look after a non-verbal autistic child. This is a live-out position, around 8 hours a week from 3pm till 7pm on a Tuesday and Thursday evening.
You will start your shift at 3 pm by picking the boy up from school as well as his cousin (who is 11) you will then return to the property that is located in Tolworth and only engage and plan activities to do with B4. The child's school is a 15-minute drive away from the property, the ideal candidate must have a UK Driving License and access to their own car. The child enjoys playing games and drawing, you may be required to make the child basic meals and snacks throughout the evening if needed. We are looking for someone who is caring, has good awareness of Autism and is comfortable with a part-time role. You must be a good communicator. There may be additional days which you will be needed but this can be flexible.
Ideally, you will have experience working with children who have autism or have Autism Awareness and be Ofsted registered.
This position is to start ASAP but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
