Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support an international family who have recently established a private residence on a country estate near Abingdon in North Oxfordshire. This is a live-in position with private accommodation provided on the estate. The role will involve occasional travel within the UK and internationally.
The Principal is a global leader in philanthropy and sustainability, while their spouse is actively involved in arts patronage and wellness initiatives. The family includes two young children who are cared for by full-time nannies.
You will work in close collaboration with the family’s London-based Executive Office and on-site staff, ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations and contributing to the family’s overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex personal calendars, coordinating travel, events, and household activities.
• Organise multi-leg international and UK-based travel, including private flights, visas, hotels, and tailored itineraries.
• Coordinate with household staff, including nannies, chefs, and estate personnel.
• Research and plan cultural, wellness, and educational activities for family members.
• Liaise with tutors, education consultants, and extracurricular providers for the children.
• Handle personal administration, including insurance renewals, document management, and memberships.
• Assist in planning and managing private events, family celebrations, and social engagements.

This role is part of a growing housekeeping team of seven, all with yachting backgrounds, and involves working across multiple high-end properties in Central London. The successful candidate must be fit, active, and hold a clean, valid driving licence. Previous experience working for UHNWIs is essential, along with a strong understanding of the high standards required in a large, private family household.
Key responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to an impeccable standard
• Laundering and ironing clothes and linens
• Managing and replenishing housekeeping supplies
• Wardrobe management and organisation
• Assisting with guest arrivals and ensuring their comfort

Butler - PS251
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess/Butler to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
