After School Nanny - PS281
Role & Responsibilities
Part-Time Nanny (Afternoons, Driving Required). We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Nanny who drives, for a part-time role supporting a busy family four afternoons a week. The ideal candidate will be caring, proactive, and organised, with a genuine love for working with children.
Schedule & Responsibilities:
Start time: Approximately 1:30 PM
Hours: Around 5 hours per day (some flexibility required, especially during school holidays)
Days: 4 afternoons per week
Key Duties:
Light household tasks such as organising the children’s laundry and rooms
Meal prep for the children's evening dinner, including occasional grocery shopping as needed
School pickups:
First pickup at 3:15 PM
Second pickup at 5:45 PM
Creating a welcoming, fun after-school environment with engaging activities (e.g. baking, crafts, or playtime)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support a UHNW Principal in both business and private matters. While the focus will be predominantly business-related, the role will span all aspects of the Principal’s professional and personal life, ensuring seamless organisation and efficiency at all times.
You will be based at the family office in Central London and must be adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A calm, proactive, and solutions-focused approach is essential.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience as an Executive Assistant to a UHNW Principal or Senior Executive, ideally within a family office.
You must be used to supporting principals who travel across time zones and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Flexible and discreet, you’ll be available outside standard hours and handle all matters with complete confidentiality. Highly organised and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be confident using Microsoft Office and business tech, and able to represent the Principal to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Support:
- Complex, ever-changing diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordination and review of proposals, contracts, and high-level correspondence

Lead Housekeeper - PS279
Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Housekeeper to join a warm and welcoming private household team for a lovely UHNWI family based in Central London. This is a full-time, land-based role working across multiple luxury residences within London.
This is a hands-on managerial role, where discretion, exceptional organisation, and an eye for detail are essential. You will ensure a seamless housekeeping service across the properties and take ownership of household operations, including staff management, training, and household provisioning.
You will lead by example as part of an established and expanding team of nine housekeepers (including yourself), working closely alongside a Family PA and Guest Liaison. High standards, teamwork, and trust are at the heart of this household, where everyone plays an important role in maintaining a five-star environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting the housekeeping team, including training junior staff
- Managing household provisioning, inventory, and supplies
- Overseeing daily cleaning schedules to maintain guest rooms and communal areas to a five-star standard
- Coordinating wardrobe management, seasonal organisation, and care of delicate items
- Supervising laundry and ironing, ensuring all items are handled correctly
- Monitoring household maintenance needs and liaising with external contractors when required

Domestic Housekeeper - PS278
Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a reliable and meticulous live-out Housekeeper to join a welcoming private household in Oxfordshire. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for an experienced professional with high standards and a positive, can-do attitude.
This is a large household, which is used heavily throughout the summer, with winters being a little quieter. It is a fully staffed household, and as the Housekeeper, you will be working closely alongside another experienced Housekeeper as part of a supportive team. We are looking for someone who has private household experience or experience working in a high-end hotel. Longevity is very important; we are seeking candidates who have remained in previous roles for a minimum of three to four years, demonstrating loyalty, commitment, and reliability.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for maintaining the household to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and organisation at all times. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and communal spaces
- Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate fabrics and wardrobe management
- Changing bed linens and making beds to a high standard
- Polishing silver and caring for antiques or special finishes (if required)
- Grocery shopping and household provisioning as needed
- Accepting deliveries and overseeing tradespeople or contractors
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assisting with packing and unpacking when the principal travels

You’ll become part of an established and expanding team of eight housekeepers (including HOH), where high standards, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.
We are seeking proactive, reliable individuals who are physically fit, hands-on, and bring a strong service mindset. The right candidate will be confident working in high-end private households, ideally with experience supporting UHNWIs, and will understand the precision and discretion required in such environments.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining guest rooms and communal areas to a five-star standard
• Laundry care, including delicate items and ironing

Housekeeper/Cook - PS270
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a small team of 3 staff on a beautiful private estate in Brittany. This is a live-in, temporary position, ideal for someone who is proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily housekeeping of the main residence (high standards required), along with laundry and ironing, and maybe some wardrobe management. If someone was a keen cook who could help prepare light, healthy meals, that would be a bonus.
Daily, you must ensure guest areas are always guest-ready. Occasional errands and driving duties (must have a valid licence). Supporting team members with shared duties and flexibility.
The household usually hosts 5 main residents, but guests may arrive occasionally. This is a live-in role with a private bedroom and bathroom. All travel expenses covered to and from the estate.
Package
3500 per month.

Butler - PS251
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess/Butler to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
