We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated experienced Executive Assistant for a family office based in South Oxfordshire. We are on the search for a dedicated professional to ensure the seamless running of the client's lifestyle, private life and numerous projects.
This is a fast-paced role, suitable for candidates with previous EA experience supporting UHNW or high-profile individuals in a 1-1 capacity. A background in Family Office, Yacht or Private Residence would be advantageous. It is key that you have an understanding of how things operate in a Family Office and around a Private Estate.

Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing is currently looking for an ex yacht Stewardess to join a fantastic family in London, as a Housekeeper working as part of a team of 5. The role will mean you move around various properties within London (they are pretty close together), so someone who drives and is fit and active is a must. We are looking for candidates who have worked for the UHNWI in the past and are used to the requirements that come with working in a large family office and household. There is room for progression within this role as the team slowly grows. The team will get bigger and there will be room to develop! We are looking for well-presented, happy candidates with a good eye for detail.
A Housekeeper does more than sweep, mop and wax floors in this home. You may be asked to run errands and manage wardrobes as well. In some places, they do the shopping and help the chefs with a little service. Other duties and responsibilities may include:
Cleaning and arranging guest rooms.
Washing clothing and linen.
Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies.
Receiving visitors and showing guests around.
Dusting furniture or fixtures and polishing them.
Descaling and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks on a deeper level with a maintenance schedule.
Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs.
This is a multi-faceted role within a team.

Are you a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper? We are in search of a candidate with a passion for maintaining a pristine living environment to join a high-end London Household. As a Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming and polishing surfaces. There are 4 bedrooms in the household which you'll be expected to clean and make the beds. You will also be expected to handle laundry, ironing and organising different areas of the household. Additionally, light meal preparation and occasional errands may be a part of your duties. This is a live-out position that offers a standard 9 am -5 pm schedule. Nanny - PS205
Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing are currently looking for a caring and dedicated Nanny to work in a lovely household in central London. The family values outdoor adventures, creative play and a structured routine so the right candidate must be innovative and organised. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing multiple children, coordinating activities and maintaining a harmonious environment. There are 3 children and one dog, 2 of the children are in secondary school and one child is in nursery. You will be expected to take and collect the youngest child from the nursery. During the day your role will include walking and feeding the dog, housekeeping duties including general cleaning and tidying of rooms, laundry, making beds and ironing. Mum will be taking and picking up the two older children from school but will expect you to cook for all 3 children and make their breakfast and packed lunch. This is a permanent, live-in position so we are looking for a nanny with a positive attitude, a dog lover and previous experience working with UHNW in a private household. Weekend availability will be needed on occasion when the family need help during their outdoor activities or weekend trips visiting family.

Nanny - PS188
Role & Responsibilities
We have a new position for a full-time Nanny to work for a lovely family based in Surrey, London. This is a Live-out position. The hours of work will be 8:30 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends/overnights needed. You will be working solely as the Nanny for a 2-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy whilst the parents are at work. The boy goes to school during the day so the main responsibility will be the little girl, except for during school holidays.
Your role would be to collect the boy from school, the parents will drop him there. You must be confident in cooking as you'll be providing meals for both the children and on occasion the parents as well. You’ll be expected to plan activities for the children to keep them active and help the little girl develop her cognitive skills like reading and writing. At the end of your day, you’ll do the bath and bedtime routine before the parents come home and some days you’ll be expected to stay overnight. You'll be responsible for the children’s laundry and housekeeping, there will also be some general admin involved such as children’s PA duties so you must be organised and pay attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working for UHNW and has had sole charge of young children.
