Domestic Housekeeper - PS220
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking to fill a role as a Housekeeper in a lovely private household in Notting Hill. This is a Live-out position and the working hours would be 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday, when family are in residence and if required to stay later, hours would be moved in the morning to accommodate the difference. It is currently very rare hours fall later than this.
A family of 4 are looking for a high-end Housekeeper who will hopefully gain some good longevity within the role. This is very much a Housekeeper role, but the two children are 12 & 13 years old so although they don’t need a huge amount of nannying we are hoping to find someone who is happy to carry out small simple tasks. For example take their school bags and unpack them, make a snack (cut apple, sliced cheese & crackers, hot chocolate) when they get home and are happy to watch them whilst continuing their household chores. Housekeeping really is the main focus. A knowledge of detailed cleaning and laundry care is essential. Attention to detail is vital when taking care of the properties and garments. The candidate must have excellent organisation skills and be presentable.
The candidate needs to be happy to work with a lovely family dog.

Family Assistant - PS219
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Family Assistant to join a private household to provide general support and assistance with various daily activities. The ideal candidate will be versatile, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced family environment. This position requires a discreet, trustworthy, and professional individual who is comfortable working in a private home and interacting with family members and household staff.
The family have 2 children aged 13 & 14 and who are Flexi Boarding so some light Nanny duties are required as well as Housekeeping. You will not be required to cook every day but someone who is happy to assist in the kitchen and cook some small home cooked meals is needed. The role includes the potential of one night per week proxy parenting (usually a Monday) until the youngest goes to flexi board in September. It also includes 2 to 3 weekends per year proxy parenting and the odd Monday night proxy parenting in the holidays.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday and there is an opportunity to live in or out if you prefer. The property is based between Tetbury and Cirencester.
The family have two small dogs so being a dog lover is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage family calendars and schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle basic financial tasks such as paying bills, managing expenses, and assisting with budgeting.
Household Management:
Provide general support for household operations, including overseeing maintenance and contractor schedules.
Assist with inventory management, such as tracking household supplies and restocking as needed.
Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or purchasing household necessities.
Assist with managing family shopping lists and making purchases, both in-person and online.
Prepare meals or snacks as needed, particularly for family members with specific dietary preferences or restrictions.
Childcare Support:
Help with children’s schedules, school pickups, drop-offs, and extracurricular activities.

Hours/ Days: between 45 - 50- hours per week flexible to discuss alternative hours as below
Term time: Monday– Thursday from 7.15 am to 8.30am until 7pm - Friday 5.30 pm finish time with 2-hour break in the day
School holidays: Monday – Thursday 8 am - 7 pm with a 5.30 pm finish on a Friday.
1 overnight/proxy parent a week and 1-2 weekends proxy parenting per year (to be discussed in advance)
Salary: Starting at £45,0000 + pension contribution
Accommodation: Sole occupation of a 2 bedroom annexe/cottage, partners welcome and pets within reason all bills included.

Chauffeur - PS217
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and professional Chauffeur to join a busy family in Central London. As the Private Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for the family. Your role will involve managing their travel schedule, ensuring timely arrivals and departures, and maintaining the vehicle in immaculate condition. Additionally, you will be expected to perform errands, including collecting the weekly shop and running other personal errands as needed. A high level of service and professionalism is essential, as you will be working closely with the family members.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Chauffeur or in a similar driving role, preferably for high-net-worth individuals. Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Chauffeur/Driver to work for a busy family in Central London. The main part of your role will be predominately the school runs, and running errands. You will be responsible for valeting the cars, making sure they are fuelled, and insured, organised road taxes and permits and of course have a planned servicing and MOT schedule. You will maintain the car. You must be confident driving within Central London and out in the countryside. You will be driving the family which includes young teenage children so we are looking for someone who likes children and can engage well with them. You will take the Principal to meetings, and appointments, along with school run and collecting anything the family needs. Nanny - PS205

Personal Staffing are currently looking for a caring and dedicated Nanny to work in a lovely household in central London. The family values outdoor adventures, creative play and a structured routine so the right candidate must be innovative and organised. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing multiple children, coordinating activities and maintaining a harmonious environment. There are 3 children and one dog, 2 of the children are in secondary school and one child is in nursery. You will be expected to take and collect the youngest child from the nursery. During the day your role will include walking and feeding the dog, housekeeping duties including general cleaning and tidying of rooms, laundry, making beds and ironing. Mum will be taking and picking up the two older children from school but will expect you to cook for all 3 children and make their breakfast and packed lunch. Nanny - PS188
Role & Responsibilities
We have a new position for a full-time Nanny to work for a lovely family based in Surrey, London. This is a Live-out position. The hours of work will be 8:30 am - 8 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends/overnights needed. You will be working solely as the Nanny for a 2-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy whilst the parents are at work. The boy goes to school during the day so the main responsibility will be the little girl, except for during school holidays.
Your role would be to collect the boy from school, the parents will drop him there. You must be confident in cooking as you'll be providing meals for both the children and on occasion the parents as well. You’ll be expected to plan activities for the children to keep them active and help the little girl develop her cognitive skills like reading and writing. At the end of your day, you’ll do the bath and bedtime routine before the parents come home and some days you’ll be expected to stay overnight. You'll be responsible for the children’s laundry and housekeeping, there will also be some general admin involved such as children’s PA duties so you must be organised and pay attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working for UHNW and has had sole charge of young children.
