We are looking for a Personal Assistant/Property Manager to work for our client based in Henley. This is a full-time, live-in position.
You will be working in a 3-bedroom cottage, that our client has recently purchased, with separate accommodation. You will be responsible for dealing with contractors, organising household works, managing the Housekeepers and general admin for both our client and the property. A large part of your job role will include looking after and walking our client's 3 small dogs, so a dog lover is essential. You must be happy to get stuck into all areas of the property, being organised and keeping on top of your responsibilities. No two days will be the same, so you must be prepared for varying responsibilities and for a changing routine.
You MUST already be based in and have the right to work in the UK.

Domestic Housekeeper - PS186
Role & Responsibilities
We have a new position for a Sole Housekeeper to join a private residence in London. This is a Live-in position. The principals have two residences one in Kensington and one in Henley where you will be required to work in both. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, over 5 days of the week. Monday to Friday, there will need to be some flexibility of working days on occasion and potentially work on a Saturday too. You will be working solely as the Housekeeper for a lovely HNW couple. You will be responsible for ensuring the home is organised, clean and tidy to the client's standard. The principals have a small dog so you must be happy to walk the dog.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- General housekeeping to a very high standard
- Maintaining tidiness and organisation in the home
- Laundry and ironing
- Ad hoc cooking
- Wardrobe management
- Assisting the PA with ad hoc tasks relating to the house including shopping
We are looking for someone who has good time management and attention to detail. You will also be working with a range of products and fabrics so having some prior knowledge is key.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Housekeeper to work in a private residence in Belgravia, London. This is a live out role. Please note the working days will vary. You will be expected to work for the duration of time when the family is in residence, and when they are away you will work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. The property is a 5-bed home that is fully staffed but you will manage the Housekeeping and Laundry alone. Laundry experience is essential as this will also be included in your role. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Laundress to work in a private residence just outside of London in Surrey. You will be working for a family of 7 who are busy and have small children. We are looking ideally for a candidate who has had experience working on yachts and enjoys the duties of laundry. This is a Live-in position with a flat that is only a short distance away from the residence provided to you. Someone who likes to get involved with training and on occasion, you will be assisting with Housekeeping duties too. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Chauffeur/Personal Assistant for a large family in London. You will be responsible for carrying out all personal driving for the family to and from their offices, meetings, reservations and appointments. You will assist with dropping and collecting any items needed. You will also take care of their guests and any Company Executives. This could include airport pick-ups and drop-offs, you will also be expected to run errands for the Principals and coordinate with the team to organise logistics for Private travel arrangements. You will ensure appointments are met.
Someone who can undertake light maintenance within the properties or organise repairs or contractors would be a bonus. Some light administration duties will be required when necessary. You will be spending your time split between the family homes and the office and may on occasion be asked to support other employees or family in the office when required.
The family have a full-staffed household and requires a candidate who has experience in a similar environment, and who is a total team player.
You must be able to offer the requisite flexibility to work out of hours and at the weekends if and when required. The ideal candidate will be energetic and adaptable with a relaxed personable manner, and be able to provide intuitive service when with the Principals and their guests.

The role will mean you move around various properties within London (they are pretty close together), so someone who drives and is fit and active is a must. We are looking for candidates who have worked for the UHNWI in the past and are used to the requirements that come with working in a large family office and household.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper who has worked within an UHNW family home previously. The candidate must be able to be within commuting distance of the area of Geneva. Your main responsibilities will be taking care of the Principal's toiletries and personal items, stock rotation and keeping all products clean and tidy ensuring new products are available. You must be excellent with wardrobe management, itemising all garments that are to be cleaned and ensuring the safe return of them from professional cleaners. Staying on top of the organisation of the property with the team, provisioning of the laundry room too. We are looking for a good communicator who can work with 13 other members of the team. This is a 1:1 week rotation.
This role will include the service of a small breakfast in the mornings that consists of coffee, toast and fruit. You must be confident enough to ensure the family attend their appointments, making sure wake-up calls are conducted in good manners.
There will be opportunities to travel with the family from time to time and there will be some time spent in the family ski chalet during the winter months.
