Rota Nanny - PS348

Personal Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Rota Nanny to join a large, well-established UHNW private household based in Central London. This is a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rota position. During working weeks, the role is live-in and 24/7, and during time off, you are completely off duty. The family fully respects the rota and downtime.
You will be responsible for the full care of one child, below the age of 10 years old, who is active and enjoys a busy schedule of sports and activities. This is a hands-on, highly organised role requiring a confident, proactive nanny who can manage all aspects of the child’s daily life.
Due to the importance of consistency for the child, only candidates with proven longevity will be considered. A minimum of two years with at least one previous family is required.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Full childcare for one 8-year-old child
• Ensuring the child’s safety, wellbeing, and routine at all times
• Light cooking for the child (primarily breakfast and snacks)
• Wardrobe management
• Organising and coordinating after-school activities
• Managing existing clubs and ensuring fees are paid
• Diary management for the child
• Coordinating and attending: parents’ meetings, doctor and dental appointments, haircuts and general appointments
• Liaising with schools, clubs, and external providers
• Ensuring the child is punctual and prepared for all commitments
• Coordinating and travelling with the family during school holidays (when falling on your rota)

The household is a large 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, and the Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining it to the highest standards. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility required for weekends or special events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in private households, understand the importance of discretion, and possess a meticulous eye for detail. Both parents work full-time, and the nanny will be caring for two girls between the ages of 1 and 7. This role may involve occasional travel, so we are seeking someone flexible and able to accommodate this when needed.

Butler - PS251
Role & Responsibilities
*Please note you will only be considered if you are based in Palma.
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess/Butler to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 40 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
