Domestic Housekeeper - PS45
Role & Responsibilities
We have an exciting position for a Housekeeper to join a private residence in Hamburg, Germany.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to join a great family that has a well established set up.
You will be working as the Housekeeper alongside another Housekeeper in a large 3 story house. You will be responsible for ensuring the home is kept organised, clean and tidy to the client's standard.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and detailing of the property
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the laundry
- Running errands
- Dog sitting
- Grocery shopping
This is the famillies full time residence so we are looking for someone who has good attention to detail. You will also be working with a range of products and fabrics so having some prior knowledge is key.
This is a live-out position so you must either live locally or be willing to relocate. There will potentially be some relocation allowance provided.

Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Chief Concierge Officer on behalf of one of our clients. You will be based within their Geneva office and will be responsible for improving member experience through the management of the Concierge services and the travel department. You will instil consistency in the company's standards as well as generate and promote ideas to continue to elevate their service levels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring staff are motivated and their work is to the required standard. This includes making sure staff are trained to a sufficient standard, that performance is monitored and reviewed and that sales targets are being met.
• Generate new business relationships and manage existing relationships with key partners.
• Manage the creation of sales presentations, marketing collateral as well as attend, organise and staff trade shows.
• Deal with administrative matters and support other departments and senior members of staff.

Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Head of House to work in a Private Estate in the States. You will be required for a seasonal period from May until October time. Your responsibilities will be to ensure a smooth running of the house working alongside 2 Housekeepers and a Laundress. You will be mainly responsible for organising events, themed evenings and dinner parties as well as providing a high level of silver service. You will run daily errands to obtain particular fruits and other goods, select individual gifts for each new guest’s arrival, weekly flower market excursions and do flower arranging. Household Manager - PS38

We are looking for a highly experienced House Manager to oversee and manage a large property based in Kensington. The property is undergoing some well-needed maintenance along with renovations which you are required to manage and work with external builders and design teams. You must have previous experience in private house management as well as strong management and leadership skills with a can-do attitude and great attention to detail. You will be responsible for employing and training all staff, managing rotas, overseeing all security procedures and acting as the first point of contact for clients and contractors. This is a live-out position where you will work a 5-day working week with flexibility. This is not necessarily Mon – Fri. Driver essential and can start immediately. We have just had a Nanny position in. This will be a Live-in role for an HNWI based in South London. The family of 4 are looking for you to join at the beginning of March 2023. You are required to have at least 3 years of nannying experience and have previous background working in childcare. The residence is a large 4-story 9-bedroom property so you will have your own separate floor while living here. You will be taking care of two wonderful boys aged 7 and 5. You are required to perform all nanny duties, help complete homework, prepare food and complete light household duties. Working days will consist of Monday to Friday with occasional support on the weekend with the hours being split throughout the day as during school hours, you will be able to enjoy your free time. We have an excellent opportunity for a Private Chef to cook for an HNW family of four. The residence is based in West London. The position is looking for a candidate to start at the end of February 2023. The ideal candidate needs to love visiting local markets and shops and be comfortable in a family environment. Duties will include overall upkeep and the management of the kitchen. Ensuring the larder is well provisioned and stock is rotated. The principal is an elite athlete so you will need to design and cook meal plans specific to their goals to aid performance and recovery. The remainder of the family like healthy nutritious food and a background in nutrition is preferred. You will need up-to-date knowledge of special dietary requirements. There will be times when the family will entertain guests and have various friends, family and colleagues in the house. Menus will need to be planned for special dinner parties. This is a physically demanding role and you must have a wide range of horticultural experience including looking after a small market garden, cut flower production and growing of new stock. Ideally, you will have 3 years of proven experience working on a private estate and have a real passion to develop as you will have an opportunity to take on the Head Gardener role in the future. This is a live-in position where you will stay in the summer house that they have on the Estate with the Head Gardener. This is a 3-bedroom property where you will get your own room with an ensuite. The family love to entertain and are looking for a competent chef to cook for them and their guests at weekends.
You will be working within a magnificent house with a fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need to make outstanding meals for the family.
You will have sole responsibility of the meal planning, food preparation, cooking and cleaning of the kitchen when working.
