Nanny - PS326
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced live-out Nanny to support a family based in South Kensington. Both parents work full-time, and the nanny will be caring for two girls between the ages of 1 and 7. This role may involve occasional travel, so we are seeking someone flexible and able to accommodate this when needed.
We are looking for an experienced nanny who has previously worked with UHNW private families. Candidates must demonstrate longevity in their previous roles and have stayed with a family for at least two years. A valid DBS check is required, and you MUST be willing to join the Update Service.
Please note, you MUST have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing the older girl for school and taking them there each morning, bringing the baby along as needed
• Selecting and taking the baby to suitable playgroups or baby classes twice a week to support social interaction and development
• Picking up the older girl from school and taking them to swimming, dance, or arts and crafts classes on Mondays and Wednesdays
• Planning and preparing meals for both children, including vegetarian meals for both girls, only dinner for the older girl and breakfast, lunch and dinner for the baby
• Creating fun, age-appropriate activities for both children (e.g. arts and crafts, playtime, imaginative games)
• Supporting the evening routine, including dinner, bath time, and bedtime preparation
Light Housekeeping Duties:
• General upkeep of the children’s rooms
• Tidying play areas and keeping spaces organised
• Assisting with children’s laundry and related tasks

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Housekeepers to join a fully staffed household and play a key role in maintaining multiple luxury residences across the city, all within close proximity.
The family is seeking discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals with private household or superyacht experience to join their growing team (currently a housekeeping team of 8). Your role will involve moving between the various properties as required. To be considered, candidates must have prior experience working for UHNWI and be accustomed to the high standards and expectations of a large, fully staffed family household.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver immaculate cleaning and presentation across all properties to the highest standards
• Care for high-end furnishings, fixtures, and finishes, including marble, wood, and delicate fabrics
• Manage laundry and ironing with precision, including delicate items and handwashing
• Wardrobe management, including seasonal changeovers and inventory tracking
• Run errands, arrange dry cleaning, and assist with ad-hoc household tasks
• Support the chefs with light service when required

Personal Staffing is seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Housekeeper to join a warm, welcoming private household in Central London. This is a full-time, land-based role working across several luxury residences in the city.
The position is both hands-on and managerial, requiring discretion, excellent organisational skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. You will oversee the smooth running of housekeeping operations, including staff leadership, training, and household provisioning, while ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.
As Lead Housekeeper, you will set the standard by working alongside an established and growing team of nine housekeepers (including yourself). You will also collaborate closely with the Family PA and Guest Liaison. This is a household where teamwork, trust, and five-star service are central, and where each team member plays an important part in creating a welcoming and polished environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Leading, motivating, and developing the housekeeping team, including training junior staff
• Managing household provisioning, inventory, and supplies
• Overseeing cleaning schedules to ensure guest rooms and shared areas meet five-star standards
• Coordinating wardrobe management, seasonal changes, and the care of delicate garments

Butler - PS251
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Service Stewardess/Butler to join a private estate in Palma. This estate is located 20 minutes away from the centre, so it is essential if you drive. This is a 30 hour per week position that requires you to be part of their rota/schedule. You will be required to work at least one weekend a month, too. This role is very much service focused with little to no housekeeping involved. As the Service Stewardess, you will be responsible for setting the table and creating napkin folds, and flower arrangements. There will be lots of dinners and events throughout the year, so someone who is able to keep up with the fast pace is essential. The service team is made up of 8, as well as the F&B Managers. Yacht experience is preferred for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to transition to land and be based in Palma. You will be working on a Spanish working contract so applicants need to be legal to work in Spain. Sadly, UK passports without residency cannot be accepted.
You will also need to have accommodation in Palma as this is a LIVE OUT ROLE.
