Domestic Housekeeper - PS132
Role & Responsibilities
We are urgently looking for a temporary Housekeeper & Driver to work for a regular client of ours. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and a good all-rounder. You will be covering the permanent member of staff's holiday this is only a short contract.
*You will be required to start on the 28th of March and finish on the 11th of April. *
You will be assisting in driving them to appointments, completing housekeeping duties, running errands and managing the overall process to ensure a smooth running. This will be a busy role and there is an opportunity for you to live in the house when needed. You will need to have a UK driving licence in hand. The property is in Richmond but they have two other properties in the UK so travel may be required.

Executive Housekeeper/ Head Housekeeper - PS131
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead a team of 3 in a private residence just outside of London in Surrey. You will be working for a family of 7 who are busy and have small children. We are looking ideally for a candidate who has had experience working on yachts and enjoys the duties of housekeeping. You will be taking the lead of the team, preparing schedules, and work lists and so we are looking for a strong team player. This is a Live-in position with a flat that is only a short distance away from the residence provided to you. Someone who likes to get involved with training and on occasion you will be assisting with managing the overall running of the household. Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Nanny for a 100m+ Motor Yacht. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Nanny with some strong experience behind them to join a lovely family onboard. You do not need yacht experience but you must be able to speak fluent French as well as English.
You will be working with two girls aged 11 and 13 years old so someone who is experienced with older children is essential. The ideal candidate will need to be fun, easy going and friendly.

Household/Domestic Couples - PS129
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a couple to run a private household. We are looking for a Housekeeper/cook and a Driver/House Manager This is a live in position based in Weybridge, Surrey and we are looking for someone to start over the next couple of weeks. The clients have just moved here so it's fairly new and you will play a huge part in setting up the household and ensuring everything runs smoothly. They like to entertain so there will often be dinner parties with celebrities so you must be comfortable in this environment. You both will be the only staff in the household so duties can be shared but you must both be happy to assist and help out wheres needed. The clients have a small dog that will also need to be taken into consideration.
Duties for you as a couple will include, cleaning, making beds, housekeeping, light cooking, driving the client to appointments and meetings, running errands, food shopping, and walking the dog. It's a very well rounded role for you both.
This is a 5-bed property that is vacant by two adults and two older children and a small dog.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Administrator to work alongside the Buildings Services Manager. This is a temporary role, based in London with an option of 1-2 days WFH. As this large renovation project continues underway we are looking for a candidate who can carry out extensive Data Entry. He or she needs to be able to organise all the service manuals, log all spares and organise the technical information that keeps this vast property running. You need to ensure the Engineers and Service Manager can work effectively and efficiently when searching for technical information that they may need. This is a large project that could run for three months plus. You will work from the Property in London and ensure the security staff are logging time. You will be there to assist with any stationary orders and kitchen supplies.

Sole Chef - PS126
Role & Responsibilities
Calling all seasonal Chefs!
We have an interesting new position for an experienced Chef to join a private villa in the South of France. You will join them at the end of March and work through the season until mid to end of September. You will be working as the Sole Chef in the villa, cooking for a family of 5, with 2 younger children, and up to 10 additional guests, and will be expected to think on your feet and adapt to changes quickly as dinner parties can often be planned with only a few hour's notice. Service for the family is usually buffet style for breakfast and lunch and plated in the evening and during events. The villa is fully staffed with a house manager, who you will report to, butlers, housekeepers, a chauffeur and a gardener, and you will be responsible for providing lunch and dinner for them.
You must have the right to work in the EU and be available for the duration of the summer season. Holding a European driving licence would be beneficial but not essential.

Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Nanny/Administrative assistant in South Wales, Monmouth. This is a part-time position.
We are working with a family with 2 boys, aged 8 & 11 years old and are looking for some assistance during the weekdays. The position is contracted to weekdays, Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 8 pm but we are looking for someone who is flexible with working weekends on odd occasions and overnight stays if required. Your role would be split between childcare and administrative duties. As the Nanny, you will be offering support with homework, organising the school bags, occasionally preparing meals for the family as well as carrying out general housekeeping duties of the home. In regards to administrative work, you will find yourself assisting with filing, and organisations as well as making calls and communications on behalf of the mother, proofreading documents and also booking activities, restaurants etc. To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone who has experience with working with children, is patient, academically competent in English and maths and is able to handle household admin. Furthermore, a driving license is preferred.

We are currently looking for a Domestic Couple to manage a large property in Chelsea. This is a Live-In position although you will be given a two-bedroom apartment separate from the main residence.
The ideal couple would look like:
House Manager/Housekeeper & Maintenance.
The house is not fully staffed and they are looking for a couple who can be flexible, diligent and have a good eye for detail. We are looking for someone to start over the next couple of weeks although willing to wait for the right candidates. You will play a huge part in working alongside the EA and ensuring everything runs smoothly within the household. This is the family's main residence although they do like to travel throughout the year. You both will be the only staff in the household so duties can be shared but you must both be happy to assist and help out where needed.
Ideally, you will have previously worked in a UHNW / HNW property and feel you are technically minded and happy troubleshooting and working with tasks concerning fuses, lighting settings, AV etc. We are looking for a couple that have good communication and organisation skills and have used tools, such as Excel, Whatsapp etc.

There is a House Manager as well as Security and Maintenance teams that work at the property full-time. Nanny - PS119
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a family Nanny in Central London. This is a part-time position.
We are working with a family with 3 girls, from the ages of 9 to 13 years old, who are looking for some assistance during the weekdays. The position is contracted to weekday mid-afternoon/early evening but we are looking for someone who is flexible with working weekends on the odd occasion if required. Your role would be to collect the children from their respective schools at the end of the school day and bring them home. On some days the children might have after-school clubs, then two trips to pick up the children would be required. You would also be responsible for cooking the evening meal for the children most nights. They aren't looking for anything high-end, just a relaxed, home-cooked family-style meal so we don't require any cooking qualifications. Currently, we are looking for someone on a week-on, week-off basis.
You MUST hold a full driving licence, be based in London and be available immediately. You will have access to the use of the family car but you are welcome to use your own if you prefer.

Role & Responsibilities
Personal Staffing is looking for an experienced Live-out Butler to join a busy household in Central London.
You will be joining a fully staffed household, working alongside a team of other Butlers, and will be expected to have strong service skills and a great knowledge of silver and china care. A busy role where there are moving goalposts is quite usual, so you will have to think on your feet. Being able to adapt and overcome last-minute changes will be the key. The household is a very social environment with events, private functions and family entertainment. Alongside your team, you will be responsible for liaising between different departments to ensure the smooth running of the household, running errands, greeting, and caring for guests, and preparing for travel arrangements, ensuring all correct items are packed. You may occasionally be asked to assist with housekeeping although there is a full-time housekeeper in the property. There is the possibility of occasional travel within Europe, and sometimes weekend work at their secondary residence just outside of London.
