Domestic Housekeeper - PS350
Role & Responsibilities
An UHNW family of four, together with their two friendly dogs, are seeking an experienced full-time Housekeeper to join their household in Notting Hill, London.
The family resides in a five-bedroom property arranged over three floors (no lift). The home includes three en-suite bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an additional guest WC on the ground floor. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes genuine pride in maintaining a beautiful home to a high standard.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm. You will work independently on a day-to-day basis, with the support of a part-time Housekeeper who attends once a week to assist. In addition, once a month, the part-time Housekeeper will be onsite for a full week to support with a thorough deep clean of the property. The household is generally quieter during school holidays, when the family travels, with busier periods outside of these times. Candidates must therefore be confident taking full ownership of the role, working autonomously, and managing their workload effectively.
The family is very private, and discretion is absolutely key within this household. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a highly confidential environment, and an NDA will be required as part of the appointment.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the household to a high standard
• Care and maintenance of fine materials, including wooden floors, high-gloss finishes, marble surfaces, and silver polishing
• Using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products in line with the family’s preferences
• Reporting and logging maintenance issues as they arise
• Receiving deliveries and ensuring items are stored correctly
• Running ad-hoc errands to support the smooth running of the household
• Managing tasks independently and proactively identifying what needs to be done
• Working with complete discretion and respecting the family’s privacy at all times
Candidate Requirements
• Has proven longevity in previous private household roles (ideally 1+ year with a former employer)
• Is confident managing a large, multi-level home independently
• Has a strong eye for detail and consistently works to high standards
• Is well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• Is professional, friendly, and highly discreet
• Understands the importance of privacy, confidentiality, and boundaries in a UHNW household
• Is comfortable working around dogs
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a professional Housekeeper seeking stability with a kind, respectful, and highly private UHNW family, based in a prime London location.
Package
Location - Notting Hill
Starting: 1st March 2026
Salary - Starting at £55,000

Role & Responsibilities
A warm and welcoming UHNW family of five, based in Primrose Hill, London, are seeking an experienced and reliable After-School Nanny to join their household on a part-time, long-term basis.

The household is relaxed and friendly, and also home to a well-behaved family dog, who may occasionally accompany school pick-ups. Candidates must therefore be comfortable around dogs, as the family dog may occasionally accompany school pick-ups and trips to after-school activities. The Nanny will be responsible for transporting the children to and from school and activities independently. While holding a driving licence and having access to a car is a bonus, this is not essential, as the family is happy for the successful candidate to use public transport.
Key responsibilities will include:
• School pick-ups
• Preparing healthy, nutritious meals for the children
• Assisting with homework and supporting learning
• Managing afternoon and evening routines, including bedtimes
• Taking the children to and from after-school activities (Mondays and Wednesdays)
