We are looking for a Couple to manage this amazing Ranch just outside Dallas. Due to the location, the couple would need to legally be allowed to live and work in the United States. As Ranch Managers, you will both be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a ranch’s operations. This could include everything from hiring and training employees to purchase supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Ranch managers also commonly oversee the day-to-day activities. This includes making sure that employees are performing their duties safely and effectively.

There is a water system and sewage plant on site so we do need to find a candidate with strong engineering abilities. The ranch is located near a large lake, so there will be the fixing and maintaining of small motor boats along with ensuring golf buggies are in working order. The ranch has horses, golf courses, a clay shooting range and various other fun activities that will need to be maintained. For the partner, we are looking for someone who cooks well, not a Michelin Star Chef but someone who can cater for large family events, buffet style. Like a large yacht, they have walk-in fridges and lots of lovely food like Lasagne, salads, and chicken can be left for the younger generation to graze on. She will also be organised, able to run rotors for the housekeeping staff, and ensure the house is fully provisioned and stocked. Household accounts are up to speed. There is 6 staff overall who work within the house and 2 extra who work on the grounds. Other staff are on hand from the lake estate to help with large events.
