Are you a school or college leaver? Are you looking for your first office job or a change in career?
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator, based in Keynsham, near Bristol and Bath.
Your role would include reception and telephone duties and processing database records. It is a small but growing office and you will be working in a team of 4. Previous experience is not necessary but would be advantageous for the applicant. Excellent communication and basic computer skills would be beneficial for this role.

Facilities Manager - PS88
Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Facility Manager to support and take responsibility for the overall running of a large operation. This role will include managing a 4-star Hotel, Yacht Marina, Integrated aviation FBO, helipads and 5 large buildings as well as a large swimming pool. Your key role will be to provide support to all departments within the organisation to meet the customer’s needs. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and can manage a large operation. You must be a hands-on individual and have good communication skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the performance and functionality of the facilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repairs of the facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Managing vendors and contractors whilst building and maintaining relationships
- Develop and manage the facility's operating and capital budgets, forecasting expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
This a hybrid role although if you have experience and a background dealing with the Middle East this would be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to fill a fast-paced, hands-on EA position in London. You will be providing the CEO with business support in a full-time capacity. Duties will include diary management, booking travel, arranging itineraries, updating any paperwork and organising events/dinners, among other general office administration duties.
You will be based in Mayfair with the opportunity to work hybrid when possible. Experience in Executive Assistant roles is essential, and a previous background in finance would be hugely beneficial. We have an exciting position for an Administrative Assistant to work on behalf of a UHNW family who are looking for some additional support in their household over the summer holidays. This position is based in Chelsea, UK.
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who is available for the six-week summer holiday period. The family's main residence is in the SOF so they will be visiting and living in the UK just for the summer holidays. The house is well accommodated with all of the necessities. This is an extremely varied role and requires someone who can respond quickly to a variety of tasks with a positive and ‘can do’ attitude. You will work closely with the family PA, providing assistance and support as required.
You will be requested to complete the online shopping and act as a gatekeeper for the household. The family will have guests visiting and hold various dinner parties which you will be given contacts for to invite. Any reservations or appointments requested by the primary will be sent to you to arrange and be added to the diary.

You will be based within their Geneva office and will be responsible for improving member experience through the management of the Concierge services and the travel department. You will instil consistency in the company's standards as well as generate and promote ideas to continue to elevate their service levels.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring staff are motivated and their work is to the required standard. This includes making sure staff are trained to a sufficient standard, that performance is monitored and reviewed and that sales targets are being met.
