We have a new position for an Executive PA. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Family Office and the Principals. This role is pivotal in managing both the private and business affairs of the Owner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination of schedules. The ideal candidate will act as the Owner's "right hand," providing support across a wide range of tasks, from administrative duties to personal errands, and more, while coordinating closely with the existing team of the family office.

This position operates on a rotational basis (around 4:4 weeks) with another Personal Assistant. The schedule will be discussed further with candidates during the interview process, as will salary requirements.

The candidate must be flexible and available for both long and short-term travel with the Principal and their family when required.

We are looking for an Administrator to work alongside the Buildings Services Manager. This is a temporary role, based in London with an option of 1-2 days WFH. As this large renovation project continues underway we are looking for a candidate who can carry out extensive Data Entry. He or she needs to be able to organise all the service manuals, log all spares and organise the technical information that keeps this vast property running. You need to ensure the Engineers and Service Manager can work effectively and efficiently when searching for technical information that they may need. This is a large project that could run for three months plus. You will work from the Property in London and ensure the security staff are logging time. You will be there to assist with any stationary orders and kitchen supplies.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with a family in London. You will be expected to work with the Principal and assist with an array of duties from organising personal engagements, managing dairies, and booking travel to working and assisting within the company. It is a multi-faceted role and could develop into the world of finance for the right candidate. You will very much be expected to assist the family with travel plans and even be willing to do airport pick-ups and drop-offs. Hours will be varied and whilst it might not always be a 9-5 we are looking for someone who is slightly more flexible with their time. This is a WFH module but you must be based in London to be able to commute to the Liverpool Street office and family home when needed.

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work remotely. You must have good access links to London and be willing to travel to the Middle East and various locations in Europe if needed. This role will include managing a 4-star Hotel, Yacht Marina, Integrated aviation FBO, helipads and 5 large buildings as well as a large swimming pool. Your key role will be to provide support to all departments within the organisation to meet the customer’s needs. We are looking for someone who is highly organised and can manage a large operation. You must be a hands-on individual and have good communication skills. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to maximize the performance and functionality of the facilities

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to fill a fast-paced, hands-on EA position in London. You will be providing the CEO with business support in a full-time capacity. You will be based within their Geneva office and will be responsible for improving member experience through the management of the Concierge services and the travel department. You will instil consistency in the company's standards as well as generate and promote ideas to continue to elevate their service levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring staff are motivated and their work is to the required standard. This includes making sure staff are trained to a sufficient standard, that performance is monitored and reviewed and that sales targets are being met.
