I’m Rhi, Client & Team Manager at Personal Staffing, where I focus on building genuine, long-lasting relationships with both new and established clients.
I support and guide the wider office, ensuring our processes stay consistent and our team is set up for success.
I originally joined our sister company, Crew & Concierge, as a Recruitment Consultant and stepped into my current role in 2025. It’s been a rewarding challenge helping to grow the team and implement key business processes.
Before this, I worked in the criminal justice system after completing my Master’s in Law and Criminal Justice, alongside my Bachelor’s degree.
Outside work, I love travel and the outdoors, having explored 22 countries so far, and I’m always seeking new hiking routes. I was also a competitive cheerleader, which taught me teamwork, discipline, and determination.
I’m always happy to connect with new clients and experienced staff.
