I’m Ella Turner, a Recruitment Consultant at Personal Staffing, specialising in Nanny and Housekeeping placements.
I take genuine pride in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and truly enjoy finding the right fit for each household. For me, it’s about understanding people, expectations, and the dynamics of a home.
Before moving into recruitment, I spent seven years as cabin crew, travelling internationally, followed by a career working on super yachts. These roles gave me first-hand experience in high-expectation environments where discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential.
Outside of work, I love travelling, running, and a competitive game of padel. I’m always happy to connect with new clients or experienced staff within the UHNW space.
