Megan Kelly is a Recruitment Consultant at Personal Staffing, specialising in nanny placements for UHNW families. She is dedicated to thoughtfully matching exceptional candidates with the right households, taking the time to understand the unique needs of both clients and candidates. Known for her attention to detail and highly personalised approach, Megan strives to ensure every placement is seamless and well-suited for all involved.
Before moving into recruitment, Megan spent five years working as a nanny within UHNW and HNW households. During this time, she cared for children ranging from newborns to 9-year-olds, gaining extensive hands-on experience in private homes. She also has experience supporting children with SEN, including those with additional physical needs. This background has given her a strong appreciation for discretion, adaptability, and the importance of anticipating the needs of a private household.
Megan’s firsthand experience allows her to offer valuable insight and guidance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring both families and candidates feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys travelling and making the most of the summer months, often spending her time outdoors enjoying picnics.
