I’m Tilly. Since early 2025, I’ve been working as a Recruitment Consultant in the Household Department at Personal Staffing.
I focus on truly listening to clients and understanding their needs, and getting to know candidates personally, so I can help create the right fit for every household. I’m grateful that clients feel comfortable and at ease working with me, and I take pride in building warm, trusting relationships.
I specialise in Household Managers, Housekeepers and Butlers, and broader household roles, and aim to make the recruitment process smooth and personable for everyone.
I also have a personal passion for everything equine and would love to support any requirements you may have around equestrian staffing, helping to develop this side of the business.
Outside of work, I enjoy running with my dogs, going to the gym, and spending quiet moments at home with my cat, Nacho. My experience in fast-paced equestrian sport has taught me the value of trust, timing, and teamwork, lessons I carry into every client and candidate relationship.
